THERAPY CAN HELP

SERVICES
Within the context of a safe, supportive, therapeutic relationship, you will have the opportunity for self-exploration, healing, and transformation. Therapy can help you build healthier relationships with yourself and others. Julie's approach draws from Attachment Theory, Person Centered/Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS or Parts Work).
Young children experience healing within the context of their relationship with their parent or caregiver. In PCIT, parents learn skills to manage their children's behavior while building a more secure attachment relationship, all within the context of play.
